— carrying out hygienic studies of factors of the production environment and the labor process for the purpose of certification of workplaces, in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 01.08.1992 No. 442 “On certification of workplaces for working conditions”.

On the official website of the State Labor Service in the information list of laboratories there is information about the certification of LONS DNIPROMETYZ TAS No. 56.

Certificate of technical competence No. ПЧ-07-0/2442-2023 dated 12/18/2023 for research:

– conducting laboratory studies to control the sanitary and hygienic factors of the production environment and the labor process (harmful chemicals, dust, noise, vibration, microclimate parameters, illumination, parameters of the severity and intensity of the labor process);

– conducting laboratory research to control harmful chemicals and dust in the air in the sanitary protection zone;

– conducting instrumental studies to control noise and vibration in public residential premises, in residential areas, sanitary protection zones;

– carrying out laboratory research to control emissions of pollutants into the air from stationary emission sources.

– carrying out instrumental studies to monitor the parameters of the gas and dust flow and determine the efficiency of dust and gas cleaning equipment;

– conducting laboratory studies to control the chemical composition of process, treated waste, ground and storm waters.

• determination of the chemical composition of steels by spectral and chemical methods.
• determination of mechanical properties (breaking force, tensile strength, yield strength, relative contraction, relative elongation, number of bends, number of twists, hardness, etc.):
• determination of the quality of zinc coating on wire;
• testing coatings for corrosion resistance in a salt fog chamber.
