Carbon steel spring wire

Purpose

For the manufacture of studs, pins, hooks, all kinds of axles, springs in the enterprises of the machine and construction industry. Business enterprises such as furniture manufacturers: upholstered furniture, cabinet furniture, manufacturer of sliding wardrobes, bathroom furniture also use springs in their production. Most often, springs are used to decorate sofas, chairs, tables, wardrobes, and banel springs are also made from spring wire.

0,8 - 5,00 mm

Steel grade

45, 55, 70,80 are according to DSTU 3683-98;

C42D С52D, C72D, C82D are according to DSTU EN 10016-2:2006

Regulations

DSTU ISO 8458:2007, EN 10270-1:2011 (DIN 17223)

At the request of the Consumer, it is possible to manufacture wire with more stringent requirements in terms of geometric parameters and ultimate tensile strength.

As per the Customer's additional requirements, the wire production with other diameters according to GOST 9389-75 and other values of tensile strength are possible.
