Quality
All products are galvanized. 5 stages of preparation of all fence elements in an automatic tunnel with the application of OXSILAN conversion nano-coating. OXSILAN is a nano-layer of organosilicon polymers that forms a non-porous coating firmly bonded to the metal surface, providing high adhesion of the paint coating and resistance to corrosion spread. Laboratory tests confirm the compliance of sectional fences with European standards: guaranteed polymer coating thickness of at least 60 microns; adhesion test result (grid incision method according to ISO 2409) — 0 points; resistance to salt spray (corrosion under the incision according to ISO 9227) not more than 2 mm after 1500 hours in a salt spray chamber.
