All products are galvanized. 5 stages of preparation of all fence elements in an automatic tunnel with the application of OXSILAN conversion nano-coating. OXSILAN is a nano-layer of organosilicon polymers that forms a non-porous coating firmly bonded to the metal surface and ensures high adhesion of the paint coating and resistance to corrosion spread. Laboratory tests confirm the compliance of sectional fences with European standards:
- Guaranteed polymer coating thickness of at least 60 µm;
- Adhesion test result (cross-cut method according to ISO 2409) — 0 points;
- Resistance to salt spray (corrosion under the cut according to ISO 9227) no more than 2 mm after 1500 hours in a salt spray chamber.
