Quality
All products are galvanized. 5 stages of preparation of all fencing elements in an automatic tunnel with the application of OXSILAN conversion nano-coating. OXSILAN is a nanoscale layer of organosilicon polymers that forms a non-porous coating firmly bonded to the metal surface, providing high adhesion of the paint coating and resistance to the spread of corrosion. Laboratory tests confirm that the level of sectional fences meets European standards: guaranteed polymer coating thickness of at least 60 microns; adhesion test result (cross-cut method according to ISO 2409) — 0 points; resistance to salt spray (corrosion undercutting according to ISO 9227) not more than 2 mm after 1500 hours in a salt spray chamber.
