5 stages of preparation of all fencing elements in an automatic tunnel with the application of OXSILAN nano conversion coating.

OXSILAN is a nano-layer of organosilicon polymers, which forms a non-porous coating that is firmly attached to the metal surface and provides high adhesion of the paintwork and resistance to corrosion.

Tests carried out in the laboratory confirm the compliance of the level of sectional fences with European standards:

guaranteed thickness of the polymer coating not less than 60 microns; adhesion test result (cross-cut method according to ISO 2409) - 0 points;

salt spray resistance (notch corrosion according to ISO 9227) no more than 2 mm after 1500 hours in a salt spray chamber.
